Subin Associates, LLP, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking an Assistant Calendar Clerk to become a part of our growing firm! The person in this position will be a member of our Calendar Department, working under the direction of one of our supervising Calendar Clerk EBTs.

Responsibilities:

Enter appointments in our case management system and update as necessary
Properly document all appointments
Confirm appointments with clients and opposing counsel
Communicating with clients, handling attorneys and opposing counsel
Record and store client information in our case management system

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience working in the calendar department of a New York litigation law firm
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
