Job Requirements:

  • Professional phone presence with a solid understanding of phone etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear and friendly written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in interacting with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to assist executives with research, routing calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Positive attitude and effective teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting managers with product research, customer service, quoting, purchasing, marketing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Learning from experienced personnel to quote customers, manage purchases, and contribute effectively to business operations.
  • Training will be provided for all necessary tasks.
  • Sales and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
