Wholesale Client Advocate (Mortgage & REMOTE)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wholesale Client Advocate to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in EST/CST/MST)! As a Wholesale Client Advocate, you will play a crucial role as a member of the Support Team, serving as the Single Point of Contact between valued clients and the business line. The primary objective of this position is to assist and support clients collectively with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any potential issues or concerns throughout the loan process. This CONTRACT opportunity is offering pay starting at $24/hr!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email.

• Maintain a client-centric focus by strictly adhering to Client Service Standards, taking ownership of inquiries, and proactively following through to resolution.

• Provide continuous status updates to clients at every step of the loan process.

• Initiate outbound calls when necessary to address client needs and concerns.

• Answer and respond to all inbound client calls and emails, delivering accurate answers while upholding a high level of professionalism expected in a business-to-business client support role.

• Collaborate with various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer client questions.

• Document all interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure awareness among different departments.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry.

• Background in processing, closing, or funding, with a preference for candidates with funding experience.

• Understanding of different loan types, including FHA, VA, Cashout, Purchase, and Streamline.

• Wholesale experience is highly desirable.
