Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our facility in Orangeburg, NY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management, and supporting the overall supply chain operations.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile variances to ensure data accuracy
• Implement and optimize inventory control procedures
• Generate inventory reports, including inventory turnover, aging analysis, and stock status reports, and provide analysis and recommendations to management
• Coordinate with various departments to align needs with business objectives
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures, including inventory storage, handling, and tracking
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed

• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits
• Must meet physical requirements for the role
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS EXcel
