B2B Sales Representative

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.

- Full Time M-F, 8-5, uniforms, pay based on experience.
- Base Salary plus Unlimited Bonus Potential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
- In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
- Educating customers about Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Validating Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning the trust of our Customers
- Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and weekly
Required Qualifications:
Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B2B sales
- General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
- Experience using CRM tool and process
- Experience working in base + commission environment
