The Hauling Operations Manager will work together with our drivers, sales team, customer service agents, maintenance department to find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Hiring for multiple locations
Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Provide support, advice and guidance to drivers
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Promote safety culture by adherence to safety procedures and established company safety policies
• Lead, motivate, coach a team of operatives, developing talent to ensure compliance with Company policies and/or processes and DOT regulations
• Deliver and role model Our Company Culture and Safety Standards

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• CDL A is required
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required
