Job description

Pay and Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $35.00-$35.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes
  • Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs
  • Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities
  • Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
  • Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times under DriveCam monitoring

Physical & Working Conditions
  • Frequent climbing in and out of the cab
  • Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling-objects over 50 lbs
  • Exposure to outdoor elements year-round
  • Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise
  • Must follow strict safety protocols at all times

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
  • Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required
  • At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • SAFETY SENSITIVE - YES
