Compliance Coordinator

Position: Compliance Coordinator (College Graduate with Escrow & Title Experience)

Location: Remote (USA) (Must be authorized to work inside of the United States)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated college graduate with Escrow & Title Experience to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator will assist the Compliance Managers regulatory calendar to track important dates, deadlines, and tasks related to regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a college graduate with a few years of experience looking to further their career in compliance in the escrow and title industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Compliance Managers in various tasks and assignments, "go to person".

Manage a regulatory calendar to track important dates, deadlines, and tasks related to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related field, preferably in the escrow and title industry.

Must have Microsoft Office proficiency, Outlook and Teams

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant licensing or certification in compliance, risk management, or related field preferred.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with education & experience.
