Bottling Line Technician

How You Will Make an Impact

• Bottling Line Technician will monitor the flow of the bottling production line and equipment performance, including the Bottle Unscrambler, Counter Machine, Desiccant Inserter, Metal Detector, Capper Machine, Sealers, Neckbander, and Labeler Machines
• Assist in the setup of the equipment and setup/changing of components and materials, such as adding bottles to the Unscrambler Machine, loading/changing desiccant and neckband reels, adding caps to the Capper Machine, and changing label rolls and ribbons on the Labeler Machine
• Bottling Line Technician will assist Machine Operator or Line Leader in the production line processes and in-process checks
• Assist with production batch startup and completion, including verification of staged components and final batch reconciliation
• Bottling Line Technician will report and assist with resolving any arising problems or complaints with line leader
• Meet accuracy and timeliness targets
• Bottling Line Technician will comply with laws, regulations and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) requirements
• Assist in developing new strategies to streamline processes and reduce production time

What You Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma, equivalent diploma or relevant experience required
• Previous bottling or production line experience required
• Experience with electronic data and equipment required
• Experience with production bottling line troubleshooting required
• Experience in packaging of nutraceuticals/pharmaceutical preferred
• Operate in a professional environment
• Constantly use work-related equipment
• To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
