- Ability to lead and direct teams in a positive and direct way in highly chaotic situations; ensure goals and service standards are met
- Solicit and act on feedback
- 6 months - 2 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
- Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
- Available to work flexible work schedules
- Familiarity with talent management process
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
- Desire to meet key company objectives
