Salary:

• Minimum: $84,849
• Mid-range: $106,059 (for 10+ years of experience)
• Maximum: $127,274 (for 20+ years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental standards.
• Supervise personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational and nursing standards.
• Promote effective communication within the multi-professional team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of department/hospital policies, particularly in neuroscience, orthopedic, and bariatric patient care.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of recent acute care management experience within a unit is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
• Current State of Texas RN license or compact state license is required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification issued by AHA or ARC is required.
