Monday through Friday; 9am-5:30pm

As an Inside Sales/Telemarketing specialist, you will be an essential player in generating leads and closing leads. Your responsibility will be to contact potential and existing customers by phone and inform them about the company's products, services, and offers. You will also be receiving phone calls from people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns. Inside Sales/Telemarketing Objectives of this role

Outgoing personality; a true "people person” who genuinely enjoys outreach and conversation. Your enthusiasm is apparent!
Empathetic and perceptive; an active listener.
Natural sales skills; you can take rejection in stride.
Prior sales experience is a big plus; 2-4 years telemarketing/inside sales.
High volume of calls.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Word and Outlook proficiency; experience with PowerPoint, Excel CRM, web savvy.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
