Entry Level Framer / Deck Building Apprentice

We are Warrior Built Company. We build decks and we have a ton of work on the schedule. We provide professional construction services and platinum level deck design and build to the Salt Lake, Davis, Summit, and Utah County areas. We offer high quality work in a range of trades. HIRING: Entry Level Framer/ Deck Building Apprentice Warrior Built was founded with a focus on helping men and women who have come from military service or law enforcement background find purpose through building. We are expanding outside of military only, and have made a commitment to hire and train new laborers; young leaders and experienced people who have an interest in the trades and a desire to create skills they can master here and take into their future. Must be teachable, reliable, and ready to work hard with a great attitude. Starting pay is based on skill level, and incremental raises based on how quickly you learn. The skill sets we currently teach are: Rough carpentry and framing, structural demolition and repair, concrete forming, deck framing, decking installation, railings, and more! Responsibilities may include: organization and delivery of materials, using the right tools to measure, cut, and complete a build. Installing railing of all varieties. Finishing and cleaning a deck, stairs & rails, so that the finished product is safe to use. Cleaning up the job site each day of tools, debris, and materials; to maintain professionalism. You may be asked to communicate directly with customers for scheduling and completion of a project.
