Lead service tech

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Service Technician with experience in glazing and window/door installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deliveries, as well as repairing, adjusting, and installing doors and windows, including warranty work and changing out insulated glass units.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deliveries of products to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and adjust doors and windows as required, including warranty work.
• Install doors and windows, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Change out insulated glass units from windows as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in glazing and window/door installation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
