Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Quickbooks. Plex experience is a plus.
- Must have 2 years of Manufacturing experience, working in the Accounting Department. (Molding Injection Manufacturing Preferred)
- Working knowledge of computer system functions, knowledge of office procedures. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with co-workers and customers politely and tactfully.
- Must have the ability to act independently and resolve problems with minimal direction.
