Apartment Maintenance Tech
- $20 to $20 Hourly
- Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Mesa, AZ. The daily responsibility will be making units ready for move-in. Light work orders and grounds maintenance will also be expected.
Duties:
• Prepare vacant units for move-in
• Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs
• Perform routine inspections of units and preventive maintenance for property grounds
• Prioritize and organize work orders
Requirements:
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds independently, work on feet for 8 hours a day
• At least 6 months of apartment maintenance or related experience (home remodeling, new builds, residential construction, hotel maintenance)
• Must have your own set of basic hand tools & a power drill
• HVAC certification a plus, but not required
