TREASURY ANALYST

LHH is hiring a Remote Contract Treasury Analyst role with minimum of 3 years in operational accounting experience required located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

• Handling inquiries and other duties for AMEX program
• Notify and monitor deadlines for leasing companies with decisions prior to deadline
• Match payments and invoice amounts in inventory database to ensure accuracy and adjustments are completed
• Provide reports for budget planning as needed and backup which includes daily reconciliation on bank accounts, international and wire transfer payments
• Assist IT and Financial Analyst on forecasting as required
• Process lease payments and maintain relationships with leasing vendors
• Assist with other projects as needed

Experience

• Ability to work with strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented and dependability
• Associates degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not required
• Comfortable speaking with customers via phone and email
• Work independently, manage follow-up when necessary and be detail oriented
• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Access
• Strong time management, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills required

Full-time Remote Contract opportunity in Grand Rapids, MI through 10/17/22-1/28/23

Pay: $25/hour

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
