AutoVitals is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant who will assist the Manager of Marketing & Lead Generation with a variety of marketing activities. AutoVitals offers a suite of SaaS products designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more.

This position will report directly to the Manager of Marketing & Lead Generation and will work hybrid with at least 1 day per week (Mon, Tues or Wed) in our San Diego office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Requirements

Assist the Manager of Marketing & Lead Generation with day-to-day operations and projects, including but not limited to:

  • Content Creation: Generate marketing materials, including but not limited to blogs, newsletters, brochures, and website content. Responsibilities encompass copywriting, graphic design, and SEO optimization.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Tasks include but are not limited to packing, travel arrangements, venue booking, registration management, equipment setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Social Media Management: Curate and schedule engaging content for company social media platforms. Engage with followers, monitor analytics, and track trends to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Understand AutoVitals' value proposition and industry landscape, continuously striving to tailor promotion efforts for growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Adhere to Brand Guidelines in all content and presentations, ensuring consistency in tone, style, logo usage, colors, fonts, and imagery.
  • Stay current on digital marketing and social media trends and best practices.
  • Other similar responsibilities, as the Company may require from time to time.

Skills/Competencies

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work in-office in San Diego at least one day per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday).
  • Must be able to occasionally stand; walk; sit; reach with hands, arms and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the marketing field and at AutoVitals.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive team player with a knack for quickly grasping new projects through self-education.
  • Experience using Google Suite and Canva.
  • A willingness to learn Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PremierePro, and Social Media Management platforms (prior experience is a plus!).

Salary Range Transparency

Part Time Marketing Assistant

  • Paid Hourly $20 - $30 per hour
  • Work 10-20 hours per week

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
