We are known for our large selection of premium cigars such as Cuban Stock, Delicioso, Arturo Fuente, Montecristo, Cohiba, and Padron and our exceptionally friendly service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cigar Store Manager at SJ Cigars Co. located in our new location in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. The Cigar Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The Cigar Store Manager will also be responsible for retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service

Excellent Communication skills

Store Management experience

Knowledge of premium cigars and tobacco products preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage and motivate staff

Strong organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
