We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to provided specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Use SolidWorks software for programming CNC machines
- Assemble finished parts as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine tools and equipment
- Ability to us measuring instruments, such as micrometers, dial Indicators & tape measures to ensure accurate dimensions
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Experience:
CNC Operator: 1 years (Required)
Fabrication happens on our state-of-the-art CNC machines in either St. Louis, MO, or Las Vegas, NV.
We specialize in high-end fiber cement, high-pressure laminate, and aluminum composite wall cladding in combination with our in-house developed attachment systems. We are specialists in navigating fire codes, wind loads, structural requirements, and seismic performance.
