Position Overview:

As a Licensed Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from your preferred location in Arizona and will enjoy a competitive commission structure of 1.75 basis points (bps) plus benefits as a full-time W2 employee. This compensation package offers you the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through the application process.

- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan processing and closing.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends.

Additional Information:

- KBishop Funding is licensed in AZ, CA, CO, GA, FL, TX, WA.

- This position has a direct supervisor but is remote.

- We are ever expanding our list of investors and are on the lookout to add as many niche products as possible. KBishop is in the process of adding Mini-Correspondent lending.

Qualifications:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or related experience).

- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, credit assessment, and financial analysis.

- Understanding of mortgage lending regulations and best practices.

- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.

- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Arizona required.
