Atwell is seeking an Associate Project Manager for our Belcamp to manage and oversee commercial and residential land development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial and residential land development projects from initiation to completion.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
- Learn the project financials, including billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
- Work closely with mentor to develop business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in business development.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
