Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, business, and personal development coaching? We're on the hunt for an impactful Grant Cardone Sales Training Facilitator and Coach to lead impactful virtual training sessions with businesses and sales teams who have recently enrolled in Cardone University.

Your mission: Inspire and empower our Cardone University clients to achieve greater sales success through weekly coaching calls.

This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 8:20am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options

** High earning potential, base plus commissions**

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Sales Success: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This is a requirement.
• Communication: Clear, effective communicator, verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
• Motivation: The talent to inspire and boost the confidence of sales professionals.
• Adaptability: Adjust coaching methods to different industries and audiences.
• Positive Attitude: Maintaining an optimistic outlook for successful coaching.
