What does a Laborer with Paul Davis do?

This position will work closely with our daily field production team on small to medium sized projects that involve drywall, texture, paint, trim, light electrical and plumbing, and other residential reconstruction tasks as required to restore the property to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Working as a member of a team to manage and perform repairs to property damage as a result of insurance related loss
• Ability to use a smart phone or tablet to upload pictures, documents, and receipts required by the company as part of the daily routine
• Report to company Foremen and Reconstruction Project Managers on a daily basis to review the day’s work and future schedule

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs..
• May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
• Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
• Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
