Responsibilities

•Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of the attorney
•Prepare and file documents for family law proceedings
•Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in family law proceedings
•Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping case files and client documents organized so all documents are readily accessible
•Coordinate with clients to gather relevant information for personal injury matters

Qualifications

•2-5 years of paralegal experience
•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work product
•Must have great time-management and organizational skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
