Deck Ambassador

REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEMBERS ("DECK AMBASSADORS") We are currently looking for Customer Service Team Members a.k.a. "Deck Ambassadors" to work poolside at our swim school location in Clifton.

You will need to be comfortable in the water and be willing to be cross-trained as a swim instructor.

You will be interacting with our little students as well as with their parents by answering questions, scheduling classes via an iPad, celebrating graduations, and also perform routine pool maintenance duties like checking the chlorine levels. (No experience needed for that, we will train you well).

• You've got to love working with children
• Be outgoing and love talking to people - this is not a job for introverts
• Be active! Be able to stand and be active during the entire shift - this is not a sit-down receptionist position, you will be interacting with children and adults and are constantly on the move.
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am-2pm
• Be able to start weekdays from 3:30pm - 9:15pm
• You need to be able to reliably commute to our location in Clifton
• You will need to be comfortable in the water and be willing to be cross-trained as a swim instructor.
