Behavioral Health Technician Trainer

Pyramid Healthcare, an industry leader in behavioral healthcare, is excited to announce the opening of our new facility in Radford. At Pyramid Healthcare in New River Valley we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $18/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
• Facilitate BHT onboarding trainings; other trainings as needed. (be able to answer questions from trainees during sessions)
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials and equipment.
• Maintain a database of all training materials, trainee attendance, progress and achievements..
• Conduct employee surveys, competency evaluations, and interviews to measure training efficacy.
• Other duties as assigned
