Job Description

Position Title: A/R Personnel Clerk

Pay: $3500-$4000/month, + bonuses

Location: Honolulu, HI

We are looking for an A/R Personnel Clerk to help with one of Hawaii’s engineering companies with over 90 years of service!

Responsibilities:

Manage and record-keeping of company provided keys and fobs.
Prepare invoices and submit them to the clients in a timely manner.
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Qualifications:

Sitting for long periods of time
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
5 years experience in accounts receivable.
