Our client, a leading competitor in the Civil Engineering industry is looking for a Sr. Project Manager/ Principal Lead to join their team.

Requirements include:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

·        PE License – Registered in the state of Arizona or Texas

·        Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.

·        Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.

·        Exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering principles and practices.

·        Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and fulfil client needs.

·        Experience in business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful project acquisition.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
