Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Care Manager role located in New Orleans, LA. The Care Manager will oversee and manage the caregivers and clients' needs to ensure quality care is provided. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating client services, monitoring client progress, communicating with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare providers, and providing training and support to caregivers.
Qualifications
- Case Management and Elder Care skills
- Training and Social Services skills
- Medicine and Healthcare knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or relevant work experience
- Experience in home care or related field is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
