Job Description

***** THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION *****

In office Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

We are looking for a customer-oriented, inside sales representative to manage re-supply patients, and existing patient requests. The best reps are genuinely excited to help customers and referral sources. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:

Work quarterly CPAP resupply
Build rapport with established patients and follow up with them quarterly
Overcome cost objections
Ensure all information on sales order is accurate
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Experience in medical field
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Commission potential: $1,400 - $2,800 per month
