Salary: $100,000 to $250,000

Position Overview:

As a Manager in Assurance Services specializing in Real Estate and Affordable Housing, you will play a key role in managing client engagements, providing technical expertise, and mentoring staff. This position offers early access to an exciting opportunity within a leading accounting and professional consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

• Support Real Estate and Affordable Housing clients in collaboration with Partners
• Manage and develop staff through mentoring and collaborative workgroups
• Lead client engagements, oversee work paper review, and resolve audit issues
• Provide recommendations to enhance client operations
• Serve as the Engagement Lead on specific client accounts
• Develop detailed engagement work plans and monitor project status
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and supervise assurance staff
• Review client engagement documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Provide timely feedback to team members

Requirements:

• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting affordable housing and real estate clients
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Not previously contacted or interviewed by the firm
