Job Description

McKinney manufacturing company is looking for a building maintenance to complete the following tasks and/or duties.

Create schedules of routine inspections
Trouble shoot maintenance problems; electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, building, structural, etc.
Purchase supplies and materials as needed
Change AC filters and perform routine HVAC checkups
Change bulbs, move furniture, table, chairs
Replace/repair holes in walls, doorknobs, locks
Paint interior or exterior walls
Oversee general contractors final work and verify billing accordingly
Organize excel files to maintain history of equipment
Follow up with city ordinance
Must have 2-3 years in maintenance experience
Problem solving; able to identify and repair safety hazards that arise
Lift up to 50+ lbs and stand on feet, stoop, walk
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday- Friday
