Entry Level Sales Associate

Threshold Marketing is an ambitious Customer Service force that links Fortune 500 companies to their future consumers. We develop effective ways to promote our client’s products and services. Face-to-face interactions with consumers allow us to build quality relationships which in turn generate a loyal customer base for our clients.

At Threshold Marketing, we revise our marketing plans bi-weekly in order to ensure our clients are getting the best result from us and that we achieve the goals we set. Our growth objectives allow us to take our client’s brands into fresh markets offering an opportunity to access consumers in new regions of territory to promote their product. We have established great relationships with our clients, and we are highly motivated in gaining a larger clientele platform soon.

Threshold Marketing is eager to expand across the nation, and beyond. Starting only a few years ago, our office has grown from a handful of motivated associates to a dynamic sales and training Threshold Marketing has developed a Management Training Program. This program educates individuals looking to make a change in how the everyday person views branding a product for a company.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites
• Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community
• Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
• Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
• Stay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales tactics
• Attend daily meetings - attendance is required

Attributes for Success for the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Ethical and honest self-starter with a positive, proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• The ability to follow through and prioritize
• Must be available for immediate hire
• Must be able to work full-time
• Must be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with people
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
• Be willing to cross-train in other positions.
