Job Description

Junior Pre Sales / Solutions Engineer position open in Greenville, SC, for an experienced IT professional. Work for an IT Services Provider performing infrastructure design, purchasing, and inventory management of IT infrastructure.

This role is a Full time, direct hire position. Excellent salary, benefits, and team culture!

Primary Responsibilities:

Experience in systems administration or networking; able to design a small business infrastructure (Windows, MAC, Cisco, Network, LAN, WAN, etc.)
Knowledge of procurement of IT hardware, peripherals and software licenses
Sales attitude! Customer service oriented on the phone, email and in person!
Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management, using MS Excel
Lead small projects and contact clients to purchase new subscriptions and IT hardware
IT technical knowledge – “talk the talk” about IT hardware to research optimal servers and workstations builds, considering client requirements
This role leads into a consultative Senior Solutions Engineer career path!
