Customer Service Rep / Sales Rep

**This position is NOT remote! All applicants must be LOCAL and able to commute to the office and retail locations!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:
Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive purchasing experience.
Handle customer questions effectively while being determined to hit your sales targets.
Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
Requirements of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
