Job Description

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive purchasing experience.

  • Handle customer questions effectively while being determined to hit your sales targets. 

  • Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.

Qualifications

Requirements of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
