Job Description

Currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager OR Leasing Consultant with Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience.

Must have at least 1 year experience.

Pay - $25+ DOE

TAX CREDIT:

Duties include activities related to tax-credit, apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Must conduct recertifications and all qualifying documentation for files. The leasing agent must be able to lease and maintain maximum occupancy for the property.

Ideal Candidate:

- Should have previous Affordable Housing/Tax Credit experience
- Will Conduct interviews to obtain information and complete documents that are required in order to determine eligibility
- Be able to secure 3rd party verification forms in order to obtain information regarding income and/or assets
- Be able to calculate household income to determine program eligibility
- Be able to complete Tenant Income Certification (TIC) or equivalent document for appropriate program type submission of files for approval as instructed
- Maintain applicant/resident files in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures and assist with managing applicant waitlist.

Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS!
