YOUR LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC SUPERINTENDENT - MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

As a Commercial HVAC Superintendent - Mechanical Supervisor, we rely on you to effectively manage projects and ensure top-quality results by ensuring seamless project operations. Much of your time is spent supervising projects by managing the completion schedule, leading the crew, and ensuring high-performance standards. You regularly tap into your skills to read and comprehend blueprints to identify project requirements, provide layout support, and manage project labor and material. With each project, you make sure that key mechanical work milestones and deliveries are met, and you also coordinate the rental, placement, and storage of materials, tools, and supplies.

In addition to your excellent project management skills, you are sure to inspect all completed work to hold your team accountable for the adherence to local codes and company quality standards. Your positive and professional demeanor means you are an approachable leader who can motivate the team and maintain high employee morale. Further, you work hard to build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and customers using your exceptional rapport and communication skills. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Current driver's license
• Current Journeyman license
• OSHA 10 certification
• At least 10 years of experience in the mechanical trades with specialty
• At least 10 years of experience in the commercial HVAC sector
• Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, and piping sheet metal fabrication and layout
• Can perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Can attain the needed clearance to access government buildings and military bases

A master journeyman license and OSHA 30 certification are preferred. If you can meet these requirements and perform this construction management job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
