Job Title: Front of Store Representative

Job Summary: As a Front of Store Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, assist with inquiries, and maintain the overall appearance of the front of the store. Responsibilities:

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front of the store, including entrance areas, displays, and customer service counters.

5. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
7. Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination between front-end and back-end operations.
9. Participate in store events, promotions, and activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and security protocols.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
6. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the front of the store for extended periods.
2. Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
3. Comfortable working in various weather conditions, as some duties may be performed outdoors.
