Our Company

We are Denver’s premier manufacturer of window covering products including shades, blinds, draperies and shutters. We fabricate our products at our 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Arvada. Our customers are commercial general contractors, and we install for commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels and schools.

The Position

The Matic 1 Table Operator reports to the Production Coordinator and is responsible for timely, efficient and effective operation of the table.

Requirements – What We are Looking For

• Someone who has worked for several years with a Matic 1 table and/or similar fabric table in a production environment.
• Someone who is looking for a “home” with a small 50-employee private company.
• Lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.
• Comfortable prioritizing needs based on tight timeframes.

Compensation

Cash Compensation of:

An hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Our hourly employees are eligible for overtime pay.

Additional employee benefits include:

• 401(k) plan with company match (after one year of employment).
• Work generally happens within the hours of 7am to 4pm. No significant overtime or travel.
• Health coverage for employee and 50% for dependents.
• Paid holidays.
• Eligible for summer Hours (i.e., Fridays off, 4 days 10 hours).
• 5 PTO days a year for initial year of employment, increasing with length of employment.
• Eligible for Christmas Break time off generally December 24th through January 3rd.
• On site gym at Lutek.
• Casual dress code.
