Job Description

Staff Accountant Job Duties

• Financial Reporting – Pulling and checking reports from ERP system using spreadsheet server program and other processes.
• GL Reconciliation – Ensure all entries are coded correctly. Coordination with accounting staff corrections that need to be made.
• Create and maintain all prepaid schedules.
• Reconcile and maintain all intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and file monthly sales taxes reports.
• Maintain fixed assets and prepare monthly depreciation entries.
• Maintain petty cash.
• Assist with annual audit preparation.
• Other assigned duties and projects.
