Purpose of Position:

As a Maintenance Mechanic III, you'll play a vital role in our operations. You'll be responsible for installing and maintaining production machines and plant equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repair will be invaluable as you tackle diverse challenges. From utilizing computer software to PLC troubleshooting, your contributions will be integral to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in equipment maintenance and operation.
• Tackle complex assignments with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily business demands.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Background & Skills(s):

• Work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Provide short notice shift coverage.
• Thrive in a team environment, adapting to various job roles.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Interpret complex schematics and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and CNC equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Maintenance Mechanic tasks.
• Exhibit willingness to take on lead responsibilities assigned by management.
• Possess strong competencies in electrical and mechanical technology.
• Utilize basic computer skills, including experience with SAP.

Required Training:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent competency.
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical technology.
