Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Margate, Pompano, Deerfield, FL team!

What is a home health care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)?
A Home Health LPN travels to a patient’s home to administer services and help patients maintain their independence while they safely heal at home.
What does a Home Health LPN do?
Home Health LPNs provide a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient. Some tasks include:
Previous home health experience is not required. Ask us about our preceptorship, where you will gain experiential training under the supervision of an enthusiastic role model.
What are the shifts available for a Home Health LPN?
In Home Health Care you do not have to commit to a 12-hour shift in one location. We have several shifts currently available.
Home Health LPNs are autonomous, but they are not alone. All field staff work with supportive clinical supervisors, and the LPN is a vital part of the collaborative clinical team.

- Acute & chronic disease state management
- Medication management
- Condition assessment
- Tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Patient and caregiver education
- Pain management
- Wound care
- Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- IV Certified, required
Previous home health experience is not required. Ask us about our preceptorship, where you will gain experiential training under the supervision of an enthusiastic role model.

- Full-time FLEXIBLE, daytime
- Modified FLEXIBLE, daytime
- PRN *FLEXIBLE, daytime with no 12-hour commitment
