Respect for your craft: We refer to an installer as an “Install Pro”. Unlike other companies, we recognize our Install Pros are professional. Our team of Install Pros focuses on installing garage doors and garage door openers only (go figure!). This provides an environment where an install pro can thrive in the art of installing garage doors rather than service & sales unless you want to!

State of the art tech: Service Titan is the number one home service software in the world. Here at Right Way, Service Titan is a tool as important as your impact gun. With this tool you can see multiple photos of the garage, detailed measurements, customer notes plus much more!

Automated fleet program: We have partnered up with Enterprise fleet management to keep our installation pros driving new, clean trucks with custom racks. Our racks are customized to have the flexibility to carry multiple doors and multiple haul aways while protecting trim. The fleet management app will alert you when it is time for maintenance, and you can even book your maintenance right from the app! Finally, our standout truck wraps will always have you riding in style. *Occasionally there’s a lapse in new trucks and an older truck with a standard rack may need to be used in the meantime.

Sophisticated inventory system: Always have the extra parts you need on your truck with our automated inventory system! This system alerts the warehouse when a part is used from your truck so it can be replenished the following morning. Our dedicated warehouse staff will restock your truck from our on-hand inventory. No more stopping by a vendor on your way to work!

Transparent stats: We celebrate all our team and individual wins with regular recognition at monthly Install Pro team meetings as well as quarterly 1 to 1 meeting where we dive into stats like revenue, efficiency, recall rate and more.

IDEA Certification/Training Center/Career Ladder: Our career ladder provides a clear path to advancement within the Install Pro department from apprentice to management. Use our industry leading training center to get in reps or learn a new skill like pitch angle, rear torsion, one piece conversion etc. Right Way also provides the opportunity to earn IDEA residential certification for Install Pros.

What an experienced Right Way Install Pro looks like

Traits: Positive attitude, executes all processes with accuracy, communicates well, solves problems, demonstrates leadership amongst peers, shows extreme ownership including engineering solutions, elevates peers, seeks to improve time management and is well organized.

Skills: Proficient at sectional & wood 1 pc haul away, standard and low headroom track installations, chipping concrete, backfill & basic framing/trim, standard metal sectional installations. Extra points for proficiency in on-site modifications, rear torsion, hi-lift, pitch angle, framing etc.

Expectations/Responsibilities: Adhere to the company’s core values, be coachable, seek to learn, clock in & out on time, take meal breaks on time, follow dress code, be kind to others, provide 5-star customer service, execute all processes and procedures, keep truck organized & maintained, communicate with scheduling and admin staff effectively using Microsoft teams, e-mail & Service Titan, maintain acceptable scorecard metrics set by management, know your stats.

Compensation

• 6% of revenue installed or hourly base rate (whichever is higher).
• Base rate of $28-$32/hr depending on experience.
• Install Pros are expected to exceed their base pay regularly.
• Current revenue leaders earn between $40-$55/hr.
• 50% of our customers give generous tips.
• No cap on earnings with a solid base rate as a safety net.
• With this industry-leading pay system you can make more money by working less hours.
• Each pay period you will receive an automated, detailed, transparent breakdown of your pay.
• Our mission is for at least 50% of our Install Pros to earn over $100k in 2024.
