Pay Range: $110,000-$150,000+ annually (uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities)

Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and motivated by face-to-face customer interactions? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with tools, and earning great pay by helping customers choose the right solutions for their home?

At Garage Door Doctor, we're looking for a Garage Door Technician - Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales. You won't just diagnose and fix problems - you'll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers.

  • Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions.

  • Upsell products and services based on customer needs.

  • Complete 4-5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).

  • Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time.

What You Bring
  • Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).

  • Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.

  • Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen.

  • Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools.

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
