Job Description

Job Title:

Lead Project Supervisor

plans and manages on-site installations

Responsibilities:

Accountable for project success of interior/ exterior and ground up construction projects

Office/lab/industrial experience projects under 10 million dollars preferred

developing and implementing field procedures

Exposure to wide variety of projects.

Should understand field and cost accounting, change orders, submittals.

Cost to completion, schedules, punch-lists

be able to react to field/project conditions

be comfortable with social interaction of all types

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

10+ years related construction experience building office/lab/industrial

understanding of construction processes;

can read construction drawings (blueprints)

Excellent technical abilities;

Local travel required in and around 128

Must safely perform tasks
