Sales Supervisor

Manufacturer of motor oil and lubricants is looking for a Sales Supervisor. No experience in the lubricants business needed. The Sales Supervisor will be Responsible for leading the organization’s sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Responsible to achieve the sales goals and quotas, and pushing their team to hit them. The main role also includes developing sales plans and analyzing data in order to increase sales and sales team performance.
The sales supervisor should be able to identify gaps in knowledge and provide the relevant sales training. If individual sales reps are struggling – or are new to the business – they should also provide one-to-one mentoring and follow up.
Motivating the sales team is a key part of the role of the sales supervisor and be able to support the management of key accounts and process requirements for official bid proposal.
For South Florida Area (English and Spanish Full Bilingual requested). A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales .
Proactive and excellent team work skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Full time job, Car allowance, Commissions and Additional Benefits. This is NOT a virtual or remote job.
The Sales Supervisor will receive a full administrative assistant training in order to understand and get the skills to be proficiency in the use of our tools, programs, procedures and all related process of the Sales Support Team.
