Job Description Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides skilled and non-skilled care to patients in their homes under the supervision of the RN according to the care plan and physician's orders, when applicable. These services will meet the agency's standards within the scope of licensure requirements and following established standards and practices.

Pay: $18-$23 per hour

Part-time aide needed within the Salt Lake and Orem areas for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Part-time hours!

Sign-on Bonus:

Part Time - $250.00 Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding and mobility
• Providing a clean environment for the patients
• Charting and documentation of patient status, alongside reporting of changes to case manager

Requirements:

• Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or obtaining license within next 60 days
• Active CPR Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assistant patients with mobility
• current driver's license and the ability to drive to and access a patient's home without an assistive device
• Experience working in Home Health preferred
• Previous experience with KanTime Mobile / previous knowledge of electronic medical record systems
