AccuCare Home Health Care of St. Louis is a privately-owned, private-duty, private-pay, in home health care provider. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing family. This position is paid based on experience up to 70K plus commission!

Business Development Manager Qualifications

• Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with client prospects, referral leads, co-workers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships.
• Superior organizational skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Proficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications
• Self-directed; able to work successfully with little direct supervision; open to constructive feedback

Business Development Manager Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales in health care industry

Travel Requirements:

• Travel required to meet and connect with suppliers, providers, referral contacts, client prospects, and special projects, as directed by President.
• Up to 75% or as directed based on the needs of the business and attending job required training and conferences.

Work Environment:

• Office Environment: high-paced office/branch environment; continuous phone use/ringing; talking; various noise levels; interactions with employees and clients; sitting for short periods of time; bending and stooping required; lifting up to 10 lbs. using a computer for extended periods: typing, staring at a bright monitor or TV screen; using fingers, wrists, and arms; stress on back may occur.
