What You'll Do
As an Equipment Operator, you will be instrumental in executing landscaping projects by operating heavy machinery, including small excavators and bobcats. Your responsibilities will include preparing sites, executing detailed project plans, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. You'll work closely with our team to bring our designs to life, contributing to the creation of beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
Who You Are
You're an experienced Equipment Operator with a passion for outdoor projects and a knack for operating heavy machinery efficiently. You thrive in a team environment, communicating effectively and adapting to project needs. Safety and precision guide your work, and you're eager to contribute to high-quality landscaping projects.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in heavy machinery operation, specifically excavators and bobcats.
Proficiency in reading construction plans and understanding elevations and grades.
Valid driver’s license and ability to transport equipment as needed.
Commitment to safety protocols and standards.
Bonus Requirements
Bilingual in French or Spanish.
Experience with landscape design projects.
Additional certifications related to equipment operation or safety.
